How to Apply — Step by Step

Follow these steps to complete and submit your admission application.

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Create an account: Click Register and complete the registration form. Use a working email (Google account recommended) — you will receive a verification email.
  2. Verify your email: Open the verification email and follow the link. If you used Google sign-in, the account is verified automatically.
  3. Start a new application: After signing in, go to the Apply section and begin a new application form. Keep your documents ready as listed below.
  4. Fill personal details: Enter your name, date of birth, contact number, permanent and correspondence addresses, and emergency contact.
  5. Enter academic information: Provide details of your qualifying examination(s), institutions attended, year of passing, and marks/grades. Attach mark sheets as required.
  6. Upload documents: Upload only the required documents listed below. Accepted formats are JPEG/PNG for images and PDF for certificates. All uploads must be under 5 MB. Use clear JPEG/PNG images for photos and PDF files for certificates and mark sheets.
  7. Pay application fee: Proceed to the payment section and complete the fee payment via the available payment gateway. Keep payment receipt details handy.
  8. Review & submit: Carefully review all entered data and uploaded files. Once you submit, you may not be able to edit certain fields. Confirm and submit your application.
  9. Print confirmation & admit card: After successful submission and payment, download and print the confirmation receipt and admit card when issued.

Prepare clear copies of only the documents required for your application category. The upload limit is under 5 MB per file.

Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Keep each file under 5 MB and upload a clear scan or photo.
  • Use a recent passport-size photograph and make sure text in mark sheets is readable.
  • If an upload fails, re-save the file at a lower resolution or export it again as PDF/JPEG.
  • Keep your originals handy for verification during counselling or admission checks.
